Hello

I am Suvarna Agrawal — a counselling psychologist specialising in Mental Health Education and Instructional Design who loves mixing science with stories, doodles, and everyday life. Here’s where you can explore my work, projects, and a little of the madness I call creativity.

A brief about KiNAARA x Suvarna

Kinaara was born somewhere between a serious therapy room and a messy doodle page. Over time, it became clear that many people struggled — not just with their thoughts, but with the weight of time, money, and the idea that “mental health” had to be heavy. Individuals and Organisations, too, showed that when creativity entered the room, curiosity and openness followed.

KiNAARA grew as that middle space — a shore where therapy meets mandalas, journaling meets doodles, and mindfulness can happen while reading a book, watching a video, or even sipping chai. A space where wellbeing isn’t one-size-fits-all, but something to discover in quirky, meaningful ways.

With roots in training from NIMHANS, Bangalore; Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi; VIMHANS, New Delhi;  KiNAARA combines the rigour of community mental health programs and program development with creativity and play. Alongside therapy, perspective-building sessions offer a gentle space to reflect, realign, and grow. And because care is never one-dimensional, Kinaara collaborates with other professionals from the field as and when needed, ensuring support that is both specialised and holistic.

Collaborations with organisations and details of a few sessions are shared briefly in the CV.

Got an idea brewing? Open to curious minds and cool opportunities. Let’s stir it together — I love new projects!
